Back from All in Print China 2026

All in Print China 2026 closed on 16 October. Five days in Hall N2 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, three machines running, and a stand that rarely had an empty chair.

We brought two stitch–fold–trim lines with automatic cover feeding — one of them configured for digital print work — and a dual-output model running with a collating system. Between them they answer the two questions visitors ask most: how a cover is fed and registered before stitching, and how two booklets come off one sheet.

Running the machines was the point. A booklet that arrives at the delivery with clean trimmed edges, in one pass, settles in ten seconds what a specification sheet cannot.

Most of the conversations were with printers adding capacity rather than replacing a line: commercial printers moving into saddle-stitched work, digital shops that had been gathering covers by hand, and trade finishers looking at dual output for exercise books and thin manuals. Distributors asked the same question in a different form — which configuration suits their market, and how quickly it can be delivered.

The machines are back in Ruian and being checked over. Every enquiry from the show is being answered individually; if you spoke to us and have not heard back yet, write to us and we will pick it up.

If you missed the show, the same configurations can be seen at the factory in Ruian, or on a video call — either is easy to arrange.
