Ordering, delivery, installation and technical fit — answered the way we answer them by email.
One set. Machines are built to order, so a single machine is enough to start — there is no container minimum.
Send us the booklet you need to produce: the flat sheet size, the page count, the cover stock and the quantity you expect. We quote the configuration that fits that job, not the largest one available. The form on the contact page reaches us directly, and a sample booklet or a photo of one helps more than a description.
T/T (bank transfer) is the standard method. The payment schedule is stated in the quotation and confirmed on the proforma invoice before production begins.
Yes. Every platform is one machine body with the finishing steps specified per order — front trimming, top-bottom trimming, cover feeding, a collating system, or dual / triple output. Tell us what the finished booklet has to be and we work out which configuration produces it.
Usually 25–35 working days after the order is confirmed. The quotation states the timing for the configuration you order, because a full line takes longer to assemble and test than a base platform.
In a wooden case, packed for sea freight.
Usually Ningbo or Shanghai, depending on the sailing schedule and the destination.
Yes — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and the test report for your machine.
Yes — but installation and training are not included in the machine price. Installation, commissioning and operator training are quoted separately, whether the support is delivered online or by an engineer attending on site.
One year on the core components.
Contact us directly with the model and the part you need. We supply spares from the factory, so the model code is the only thing we need to identify it.
Yes, both. We are in Ruian, Zhejiang — tell us when you plan to come and we will arrange the visit. If travelling is not practical, we can walk you through a machine running on a video call.
Three things decide it: the finished size you need to produce (which sets the platform width), the thickness in sheets (which sets spine capacity and the number of stitching heads), and the output you need per shift. Match those to your own job mix and the model follows. Send us the extremes of your last fifty jobs and we will recommend the model and configuration.
Yes. Trimming, cover feeding, collating and multi-output are modules on the same platform, so a base machine can be built up as the work arrives instead of being replaced.
They describe how one platform is configured, not different machines. F adds front trimming. FS adds top-bottom trimming, which completes three-side trimming. Above FS there are two feeding options: FSC adds automatic cover feeding, FSP adds a matched collating system. D is dual output and T is triple output. Stitching and folding are the same throughout.
Generally 25–280 gsm, depending on the stock and the fold. Tell us the lightest and heaviest paper in your job mix and we will confirm against the configuration you are considering.
