Advanced Booklet Maker
Saddle stitching and folding at the advanced configuration level.
The MW-530 is an advanced booklet maker for saddle stitching and folding. The base machine handles stitching and folding, with front trimming, 3-side trimming, cover feeding and collating available as configuration options on the same platform.
Hand-fed saddle stitching and folding in one machine.
Supplied at the advanced configuration level of the range.
Front trimming, 3-side trimming, cover feeding or a collating system can be fitted.
Up to 3 mm stitching thickness, for catalogs and manuals that are growing.
One platform with different finishing and feeding configurations.
Two alternatives, not a next step. Both are fitted at the feeding stage, before stitching and folding. FSC does not include the collating system, and FSP does not include cover feeding.

Large-format brochures, catalogs, magazines, manuals and other saddle-stitched booklets.

It closes a genuinely thicker booklet at the same paper weight — the line between a stitched booklet and one that has to be perfect-bound.
Tall formats run without being split.
Catalogues, study booklets and manuals that are growing.
Front trimming, the side cut and either feeding solution are added to the same body.

They are the units fitted to the same body; the base machine stitches and folds only. F adds an in-line front trimmer that cuts the front edge in the same pass; FS adds top-bottom trimming to complete three-side trimming; FSP adds a collating system that assembles multi-page sets before stitching; FSC adds an automatic cover feeder that places the cover before stitching. FSC and FSP are alternative feeding solutions rather than successive steps: neither includes the other, and both are fitted at the feeding stage, before stitching and folding.
The MW-530 does stitching and folding only.
Yes — in its standard form it is single output: one booklet per pass.
