MW-650T is the MW-650 platform with triple output, allowing three booklets to be produced from one sheet. The MW-650 is the largest wide-format saddle stitching and folding platform. It is available in single-output and triple-output configurations depending on your production needs. Its six stitching heads distinguish it from the two-head 480 / 490 / 530 platforms and the four-head 450 / 550 platforms.

It takes flat sheets from 320 × 200 mm to 650 × 595 mm and delivers finished, folded booklets from 320 × 100 mm to 650 × 297 mm.
What stitching thickness can it handle?
It can handle a stitching thickness of 0.2 – 3 mm measured at the spine. The actual page count depends on the paper type and weight.
What paper can it run?
Sheet and cover from 55 – 250 g/m², so light text paper through to a heavy cover.
How fast is it?
Up to 3,000 books/hour, with 6 stitching heads working across the spine.

It stitches with 6 heads. That is the clearest difference from the two-head 480 / 490 / 530 platforms, and it is what lets a wider sheet be stitched across its full width.
