Basic Booklet Maker
Saddle stitching and folding for brochures, catalogs, magazines and booklets.
The MW-480 is a compact booklet maker designed for short- and medium-run booklet production. It combines saddle stitching and folding in one machine, helping print shops produce finished booklets with fewer manual operations.
Complete two finishing processes in one machine.
Suitable for digital print shops and commercial printers.
Simple operation with flexible paper loading.
Available with optional trimming, cover feeding and collating modules.
One platform with different finishing and feeding configurations.
Two alternatives, not a next step. Both are fitted at the feeding stage, before stitching and folding. FSC does not include the collating system, and FSP does not include cover feeding.
Need a different configuration? Contact us for a customized setup.
Suitable for brochures, catalogs, magazines, manuals and other saddle-stitched booklets.

One operator and one pass: no separate folder and no separate stitcher to set up between jobs.
Jobs that change often are set up once here, which is what makes runs of a few hundred economic.
Front trimming, the side cut and either feeding solution are units added to this machine, not a different machine.
Buy the stitch-and-fold platform now, instead of paying for trimming you do not need yet.

They are the units fitted to the same body; the base machine stitches and folds only. F adds an in-line front trimmer that cuts the front edge in the same pass; FS adds top-bottom trimming to complete three-side trimming; FSP adds a collating system that assembles multi-page sets before stitching; FSC adds an automatic cover feeder that places the cover before stitching. FSC and FSP are alternative feeding solutions rather than successive steps: neither includes the other, and both are fitted at the feeding stage, before stitching and folding.
The MW-480 does stitching and folding only.
Yes — in its standard form it is single output: one booklet per pass.
